Plaid Nation

From our friends over at Plaid (the authors of Brandflakesforbreakfast) comes Plaid Nation. What is it?

"PlaidNation is a rolling celebration of creativity and a demonstration of social media in action. It's a Plaid van driving through the country (down the West coast of the US as far as I can tell) meeting creative, marketing, brand and internet workers, and sharing Plaid love."

Now an agency doing something like this could risk engaging in a spot of navel gazing, or descending into the height of naffness (or both).

So hats off to Plaid, they've pulled it off and manage to steer that fine line between taking the piss out of themselves and showing off their know-how.
